Do you offer free shipping?

As a small label, we can’t offer free shipping and returns on everything without raising prices.

We do provide free shipping on orders

  • from 190€ in the EU and
  • from 350€ worldwide.

We ship using reliable and fast DHL Go Green and use recycled, plastic-free packaging.

Charging for smaller orders helps us keep prices fair while maintaining high-quality standards.

When will I receive my order?

Please check the tracking link in your order confirmation email, which you’ll receive as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

All orders with in stock items take 1-2 business days to process and generally take

  • 1-3 business days for delivery in Germany
  • 2-5 business days for delivery in Europe
  • 4-6 business days for delivery worldwide

A little fine print: Please note, processing times are in addition to the transit time estimates. While it’s likely your order will arrive within the estimated timeframe, it’s not a guarantee.

I ordered something on preorder, when will it ship?

The estimated delivery date for pre-ordered items is shown on the product page, just above the "Add to Cart" button.

If your order includes multiple items (some in stock and some on preorder), the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered or out-of-stock items are available.

Can I change or update my order?

As we process our orders quickly, it isn't possible for us to change the contents of your order.

You can however write us to support@yahmo.com and we will do our best to accommodate any address changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note that this is not always possible.

How do I find my order number?

You should have an order confirmation email with your order number in your email inbox. It will start with # followed by a series of five numbers.

If you’re having trouble finding it, search for yahmo. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it ended up there. If you still can’t find it, let us know and we’ll help you out.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Popular styles often sell out quickly, sometimes within a day. We restock every 1-3 months.

If we don't have your product in stock, please use the 'Join Waitlist' button on the product page to get notified by email when it's back in stock. If you missed it you have to sign up again.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return? (Germany & EU)

You can return unworn items within 30 days.

Simply fill out the return form to register your return and download the shipping label. Pack the items securely and drop off the package with the courier listed on the label.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, which we’ll process within 2-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the items (up to 14 days max). You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued to your original payment method. Note: Some payment providers may take 1-3 working days to complete the refund.

You can return unworn items within 30 days.

Fill out the return form to register your return. Pack the items securely and send them to:

Please make sure the sender name matches the ordering person so we can process your return.

Refunds are issued within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the items (up to 14 days max). You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed to your original payment method. Note: Some payment providers may take 1-3 working days to complete the refund.

How do I exchange an item?

You can exchange unworn items within 30 days.

For exchanges within Germany:

Fill out the exchange form to register your request and download the provided shipping label. Pack your items securely and drop off the package with the courier listed on the label. Once we receive and process your return, the exchange item will be sent to you automatically. Exchanges within Germany are free.

For exchanges within the EU or worldwide:

Exchanges within Germany are free. For EU/worldwide exchanges, you cover return shipping, and we cover shipping for the new item.

We do not cover return shipping costs.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

So sorry that happened. For defective or damaged items, please reach out to support@yahmo.com including pictures and a brief explanation of the issue and we’ll take care of a replacement.

Products (Fit, Materials & Care)

Do women’s and men’s jackets have the same fit?

They fit slightly different. Women's jackets are cut shorter with shorter sleeves while men's jackets are longer with longer sleeves.

Do all bomber jackets have the same fit?

Currently we offer three bomber models: cupro, sofa, and corduroy.

Our bestselling cupro bombers have a regular, more fitted style.

The sofa and cord bombers share the same oversized fit, with a looser body and wider sleeves.

All models are the same length, though the cupro bomber sleeves may feel longer due to the lightweight fabric.

I’m between two sizes – which one should I choose?

Our products fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the 'Size & Fit' section.

Take the fit quiz on the product page or compare our garment measurements to something similar you own.

For a more fitted look, choose a smaller size; for a looser fit, go bigger.

We also show model sizes and are working to feature more body types.
