How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return unworn items within 30 days of the order date. Click here, to return or exchange an item.
Please fill out the returns form first, then take care of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Please Note: It is necessary that the initial invoice from us is enclosed with the package and that the package is declared as a return in order to avoid unnecessary customs costs. Please make sure the name of the ordering person is indicated as the sender on the package so that we can assign the return to your order.

How does the refund work?
In case you want to receive a refund, you will only have to pay for shipping the items back to us. We will refund you as soon as the item arrives and its condition has been checked by us. This process may take up to 14 days, but normally it is a lot quicker. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once refunded via the payment method you previously selected. With some payment providers, this process can take 1-3 working days.
One of my items arrived damaged. What do I do?
Yikes! So sorry that happened. For defective or damaged items, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org including pictures and a brief explanation of the issue and we’ll ship you a replacement.
