How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours form Monday-Friday. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days during peak periods such as public holidays or sales.

Payment with Klarna Sofort

Please note that the dispatch time will take longer if you pay with Klarna Sofort. This is due to the fact that the processing time for this payment method is 1-2 days. We can only ship the order after we have received the payment confirmation from Klarna.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - International orders are sent with DHL. 

Do I have to pay customs?

Your local customs office may charge fees. We have no control over these costs and therefore cannot estimate them in advance. Please make sure to check this before placing your order. 

What about Brexit?

Due to Brexit export regulations, we are only able to ship orders to the UK above a purchase value of £135. There may be additional costs due to duties and taxes on delivery. We have no influence or control over these charges and therefore unfortunately cannot estimate the costs in advance.

For returns, it is necessary that the initial invoice from us is enclosed with the package and that the package is declared as a return in order to avoid unnecessary customs costs.

Do you ship to my DHL Packstation?

Yes - Orders to Germany and Europe are shipped climate-neutral via DHL GoGreen (and can therefore be sent to a DHL Packstation or Paketshop). 

Where is my package?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link to your order. 

Our shipping partner DHL will always send you an e-mail to announce the package. You can use this to specify your desired delivery location, e.g. a parcel shop, or change the delivery day. 

How do Pre-Orders work?

For some items we offer the opportunity to pre order. The demand often surpasses the amount of items we can supply, so this way you can make sure to secure your desired item, before the official release date. Pre-Orders will be sent out as soon as the goods reach our warehouse. You can find the expected shipping date on the corresponding product page.

What happens when I order an item that is on pre-order and one that is in stock?

Your order will be split into two parts. The product which is in stock will be processed and shipped out immediately, whilst the pre-ordered item will be sent out at a later time.

One of my items arrived damaged. What do I do?

Yikes! So sorry that happened. For defective or damaged items, please reach out to support@yahmo.com and we’ll ship you a replacement immediately.

Can I return the product I ordered?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date. Find out more on our return page.

Is the shipping material recyclable?

Our shipping boxes are made of at least 90% recycled material and printed with water-based ink. We wrap the items in 100% recycled paper. This makes our packaging fully recyclable.
